I started a conversation with Susan 5 years ago about a rental property. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful back then. Now 5 years later Susan helped me purchase a home. I have to be perfectly honest with you, she worked extremely hard with me and for me on this property. Beyond what a realtor does or should do! Susan helped find a mortgage broker that was the right fit for my needs.(who I would not recommend knowing what I know now) I have to admit, if it weren’t for Susan I’m not sure this house would ever of closed. If something was to happen trust me it happened. Susan was fantastic on keeping the seller informed on what was going on and kept them abreast on information. Susan worked for both seller and buyer.
