The BEST!!! Just closed on our house... Not knowing anything about the Pinehurst area, Susan helped us through the entire process... finding a mortgage broker, finding a home inspector, recommending a place to buy furniture... and the other details when looking at houses, such as knowing about the builders of the houses and the reputations/quality, what to look for regarding the layout of the house... she was also in the HVAC business prior to real estate so she has insight on that as well. Understands the community, what you need to know if moving in to the Country Club or #6 or even around Foxfire, Whispering Pines, Seven Lakes, etc... her patience, her attention to detail, working and receiving calls/texts up to 10pm at night, showing on weekends also. I can't thank Susan enough for what she did for us.
